In the last week, Philadelphia has declared war on:
1) Bloggers, by requiring them to pay $300 for a license to allow them to operate a business (huh?), and
2) CUPCAKES!
What else should we add to this list? I figure there's 2 days left in the week, and the Mayor's office might be able to come up with something else to go after. Children? Pets? Male hair dressers?
Anyone?
well know they wont go on the main issues like drug and gang crime and god forbid if they should do something about cops getting shot.
I KNOW!!! they will go after lady bugs!
