Has anynone else had this problem with Met-ed. Before me and my sister moved into our apartment in May our landlord was putting in new pipes and apparently in june when we actually moved i in ran a high electricity bill.  Then 2 months later me and my sis get a bill for over, and this is a tiny 2 bedroom apartment, $800 because they just did an estimated meter check.   So we try and get it worked out and try and figure out why that could've happened and then we find out they're gonna shut off our electric Nov. 1 and we finally call to see why the bbill was so high.  Now we gotta get on our landlord and find out the exact date that it happened and then dispute it, maybe even in court.  Has anyone had this problem.

Cant say i've had that issue with my provider me and the BF use PPL, only issue we had is power was shut off when we moved in and couldnt get it on for a week, and we cant blame our landlords due to the fact the old tenants never told them so they had no idea. But yeah we've run into issues.
