and the worst part about it is...i dont know what to do about it...and i dont know if i can say anything about it...further more, if i do say something...do i knick this head of the beast? or that? either would be painful and awkward...

Do you have a guidance counsellor at school? They're often a good first resource to talk to.  Or the school psychologist, if you have one.  In the case of a psychologist, anything you tell them is confidential.
