                                                          Hello, I'm Baxis Jade Smile
I am new to Pennsylvania, as well as the Furry Community. I am a cat at heart, and have a tendency to act as such. This is actually how I eventually came to accept the fact that this is a community that I belong in. Basically, I'm a Calico, and my name is Baxis Jade. If you have any other inquiries concerning my Fursona, feel free to ask <3

I am 29 year old homemaker who enjoys a vast array of videogames (PC and console alike) although I am more prone to PC game, I have a special place in my heart for NES, SNES, Genisis and Atari. Thanks to my roommate I'm starting to get more into various playstation versions, however ps2 was in fact a part of my teenage years.

Generally movies aren't really my thing though there are some out there that I do adore. A television set is something I have never owned, nor do I want to. I'm more of a series type of person but I generally stream them from hulu or netflix. Seth Macfarlane Animated Series are among some of my top favourites, as well as South Park, The IT Crowd (BBC) and The Mighty Boosh. (Okay, okay, pretty much everything on [adult swim] is amazing!)

I clean a LOT. It's relaxing, productive, and just overall a great way to help take care of those that live under the same roof. In the same vain I do a lot of driving, though here in PA it's a little more difficult than what I'm used to. Bunches of my time is also spent researching various topics and reading articles on pretty much anything remotely interesting. I do my best to expand my mind every chance I get. I am (slowly) learning how to draw, and eventually want to get into making partials.

Currently I'm looking to connect with people and make some friends, and I must apologize ahead of time seeing as the last 5ish years I've actually spent hiding from the world so my social abilities may need a little bit of refinement. As a result I don't believe that I'm someone who can handle full on conventions, though I've never been to one so that may be something I'm wiling to attempt in the future.

Nice to meet you all Smile

Welcome! :D

We share the same game interests. I grew up on the NES, SNES, N64 Gameboy Color PS1 PS2 and Genises. Though I do prefer PC gaming too I do own a Switch, PS4 and Xbone. But the older consoles will always hold a special place. Bunch of good games back then. Any top faves?
Your sona sounds pretty cute! We have a few calico cats roaming around. The cali color fur looks pretty. Smile

Much thanks, friend! To be honest I do have a tendency to lean toward the classics for the most part (Sonic, Mario) but I really love Streets of Rage and Mortal Kombat. I recently became interested in Secret of Mana and plan on starting with the original NES game and then moving to the PS4 version, as well as the other games for the NES in the series. In the same vain I'm looking forward to being able to try Metroid as well as Mega man. Since I moved here I've been learning a lot about the older franchises that I have yet to experience and am going to be spending a fair amount of time catching up in that sense.

Awe thank you so much. She's definitley a work in progress. I only have a couple pieces of artwork of her at the moment, one coloured drawing as well as an uncoloured sketch. Eventually I'll get them up but I'm kind of slow at the moment as I'm mainly testing the waters  Smile

BTW, your fursuit is absolutely fantastic, I love it! Laughing out loud

I'm a pc gamer too! Let me know some games or platforms and we can play some together then. I used to play ps1, PS2, and xbox360 too. I remember even begging my mom to bring out the sega, nes, and atari when I was younger too xD. I'm getting ready for AC in a few months here!

Welcome to our family!

I'm a PC gamer myself nowadays, but used to be a ps1-3 user, though sadly that's as far back as it goes but am slowly catching up on classics. I'm also not too hyped when it comes to movies or TV either, but I do enjoy any entertainment when it comes around.

It's nice to meet a calico, they have one of my favorite fur patterns of any animal! I hope you can make tons of furiends and soon make it to a con, and that you continue to grow your artistic talents!  Smile
