As I said in the title, i made my first basic idea/design of my first fursuit! And yes, its a canine... sorry. They are rather pricey, so i wanted an animal that i love. So i went with a canine, specifically a Pembroke Welsh Corgi.

The breed is playful and chipper, yet bashful. It seemed like a wonderful personality to work with. Plus the anatomy! The short body and stubby legs make it perfect for my body shape as well. Overall, the perfect fit!

Now, to the actual suit. I wanted a mostly natural-ish color scheme. No bright purples and pinks. Something soft to the eye, yet still a little creative and fun. I made the knees lower than normal suites on purpose for the breed. To give the short and stubby leg effect, i would have to wear it as if i were low-riding. (tell me if this would work!)

So, ill stop blabbing, and just post the pictures below!:

Ok, so im not quite sure how to get the image to show, so if someone could tell me.. that would be wonderful and i will change it immediately!  (i think i have to use <img> some how... but im not quite sure.)

Anyways, thank you and enjoy!

Very nice!

However.

Unless you going to crouch a bunch, it looks like the legs are going to be to short.

Cute, I like the colors!

Fort, I think the legs would work just fine if it is all done with padding, as an illusion. The real legs inside could be just in their regular position.

So are you playing around with making it yourself, or do you have an artist in mind to commission?

thank you!

About the legs, i was planning on having padding down there. im short to begin with, but i would stand normally, the padding would just have an illusion.

Thanks so much!

And i had the same idea about the legs. so i think it will work. c:

Ive thought about making it myself, but the effort on buying on the supplies, and the time.. it just doesnt seem as available as i would like, so i will probably commission someone. Im not sure on who yet... ive thought about DontHugCacti, or MadeFurYou...or maybe mixedcandy. im still too uneducated on all the wonderful artists out there to be sure on who quite yet.
