Well hey there everyone, another new furry addition to this seemingly great community you guy's have going on here 
So where to start ? You can call me Sli (not my real name, if you'd like to know it - talk to me!)
I'm 17 years old and into a lot of stuff - mostly comics, computers, music and the likes.
I'm from northern New Jersey and now that I have a drivers licesnse, I'd like to jump into some of these events and hopefully make some local furry friends

Hello and welcome. From Eastern PA here. Thats is quite a cool mix you r. There are a few of us here in this neck of the wood in PA.

oh and thanks Kino, it's good to know there is a furry presence in eastern PA, since that's the side I most frequently visit 
If there are any furmeets or events in eastern PA or anywhere closer to northern NJ, be sure to let me know 
I think stuff goes on near Allentown on occasion, not much here around Wilkes Barre though there are a few of us in the area. I remember one a couple years ago at the Hotel at Newark Int'l that was pretty big actaully.
I hope it's in a safe part of newark! 
And yeah, just any furmeet even if it's a small get together would be nice as long as it's some what local

I've never been there, only passed through once. Is it really that bad ?
I believe it was in the top ten cities for highest crimerate at one point. But I don't know if it still is. Although I live just a few miles from Reading PA which still is in the top ten.
