Got my room, my ride (okay that part is pretty easy since I live in Pittsburgh ), my registration taken care of. Just need to work on a costume! And I'm always up for a hug!

I'm all squared away with pre-reg and accommodations, albeit 2 blocks away at the omni. I'll be driving all the way from the Delaware river to the Ohio river.

I've got my room and my registration settled.  The ride... is a 50/50 shot on who does it, but I can get one.  Mostly, I just need to get some artwork finished and prepare myself for hugs and seeing people.

How far away does the train drop you off from the convention center? Where is the nearest train station to where I am? Any way you look at it, I'd be looking at 8 or so hours of commute with no one I know, with luggage for a long weekend. The people I'm staying with might be renting a van to drive over with. Hour and a half drive alone followed by 4 hour drive with them, plus the possibility of seeing other people I know but rarely see in the process? Seems worthwhile to me!

Room and ride are check! I get to drive my friends prius to the con haha :3 *is excite* I'll be at the omni, same as last year. 

I don't know about on your end, but the Amtrak station in Pittsburgh is only about 5 or so blocks away from the convention center. But if you can ride with people you know, that would probably be better. As well as cheaper!

i'm almost positive im going this year, as i'm pretty sure i'll be moved into the burgh by then, i'd like to have a hotel room cause that sounds really fun but i suppose thatd be a waste of money so i guess ive got everything squared away...EXCEPT DA HUGZ

If you can swing it, do get the room, it makes the experience sooooo much more fun than "commuting" from home (I've tried it both ways.)

Well... i haven't pre-regged yet cause i need money and i dunno where i'm gunna stay (i really don't want to commute every day) but i am definitely going and can definitely get there! Also, i do like hugs!
