So I actually found this through Twitter and thought it would be cool to join.

So my username is SpeedyFur, but you guys can call me Speedy. I am currently a junior in college with a major in Corporate Communications and a minor in Commercial Design. I am 20 years old, although next month I will turn 21, so yay for that! I live in Paoli, Pennsylvania, which is maybe 45 minutes away from Philadelphia, although my current college address is Willimasport, which is maybe an hour from the Pocono's I believe. I love to sing and have been singing in school choirs since kindergarten and will actually be going on tour with my college choir to California in March, which I've have never been to so another yay for that! Apart from singing, I am a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a second dan in Tang Soo Do. I love to write, hang out with friends, surf the web and play video games.

I'm kind of new to the furry fandom, although I kid of suspect I've been a fan all my life. I was a huge fan of kids shows such as Barney, Sesame Street, Bear in the Big Blue House, etc... Then growing up, I was a fan of media such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sonic, Star Fox, etc... I guess I just never really dwelled upon it until recently. Unfortunately, I've never been to a con before although I really would love to go. Also, being in school currently, I do not own a fursuit of my own but again would like to. Unfortunately, nobody in my family or my circle of friends knows that I am a furry and for now I want to keep it that way, which I know I should never be ashamed about anything in my life but I'm just not ready to reveal it out to others.
