Fishing for interest...

What: Games N'at Meet (https://sites.google.com/site/gamesnatsite/)

Where: Games N'at 2010 Josephine Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203 (On Pittsburgh's Southside)

When: Thursday, January 31, 2013 - 6:30 until Closing (Come when you want, leave when you want.)

Cost: $10 Play All Night! (Unlimited play on pool tables,
ping-pong basketball, pinball, driving games, shooting games, video games (a
lot of old school classics), air hockey, foosball, bubble hockey, touchscreens,
PC games and internet access -- and of course XBOX and XBOX 360!!!) If you're not there to take advantage of the $10 play all night, at least be courteous and purchase something from the snack bar.

Additional Info: Fursuits, ears & tails welcome. I'll see if they'll give us the party room to hang out and keep our stuff like they used to do in the past. They also have a very reasonably priced snack bar on location so please refrain from bringing in outside food. The owners and staff used to enjoy our quarterly visits, I hope that is still true.

Yeah, I'm a glutton for punishment when i should be doing what I said I'd do and take a well earned break from organizing stuff.  Folks have been clamoring about missing the Games N'at Meets so I figured I'd ask if there was still interest in me getting this and similar public fur meets set up and happening in the area again?

Thank you for your response.

I wish I could, but I doubt I could get the time off of work. Which is sad because I want to branch out and meet new awesome people in the comunity. Hopefully soon I'll be able to make one of the events.

I would like to go as I've never been to this place, but I unfortunately work Monday to Friday and I start really early which means I got to bed really early, so I won't be able to make this on a Thursday.

I'll give it through Monday to see if there's any more interest. Currently I have three yes, two yes but can't make it and a no out on Twitter.

Games N'at is pretty packed with kids & young adults Friday, Saturday & Sunday which puts such a demand on the games and stuff it's hardly worth the price to play.

Thinking of planning a Saturday night Furry Bowling Meet in March...for those who can't make a week-night. Keep your eyes open!

I'm very interested.  I work close by on the southside, so anytime is fine if things need to shift a bit to get more people involved.

If you can get onto the bus/T, Games N'at is just off the 51 bus line.

The 54 and the 48 also run close by. I'm interested, but I probably work until 8pm tomorrow and can't get back to south side sooner than 8:45  :(

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who was able to stop by Games N'at last night, hang out and have some fun indoors out of the cold.

We had about a dozen or so furs from the local area with a handful who drove in from West Virginia and New Castle.  The others were local furs from the Pittsburgh Metro Area.

The staff were glad to have us back again and we pretty much had the place to ourselves with the exception of a couple families and their kids.

Goldie, Nightfang and I suited and played pool, air hockey, shot basketballs, and played several video games and pinball much to the delight of the kids and other furs.  Later we raided the Games N'at board game selection and played some Twister and put togther this huge girraffe puzzle on the floor...not an easy feat when wearing paws. Smile

We'll definitely have to plan another outing at Games N'at again.

Thank you again for the support!
